AI control system for mid-sized businesses: assessment, AI inventory, policies, training records and audit trail for the EU AI Act in one place.

Starting point: The EU AI Act applies in stages, and several deadlines have already passed. The catch is rarely the rules themselves but what comes before them: most businesses don't know which AI tools are running in their company. Without that inventory there's no risk class, no policy and no proof.
My part: Open – I'll add this.
Result: Open beta at kikosys.de, currently free to use. The training course ends with a certificate that can be verified via QR code.
Learnings: No generative AI in the product: risk classification and score follow fixed rules – same input, same result. In compliance, traceability matters more than magic.
